Marsha Linehan, a research psychologist, has devoted her life to helping others build lives worth living; Phil Parker, an NLP practitioner, has developed a coaching system to get the life you love now; and Adriene Mischler, a yoga practitioner, is dedicated to teaching how to find what feels good. These three innovators, who have pushed the boundaries of their very different disciplines to address similar questions, are just a few of the people who have tangible and practical advice about how to “do life”. Like us, they have followed in the tracks of mentors and role models. This blog is a signposting of some of the tracks they and others – real or imaginary – have left for us to follow.
